Microsoft Zune Black (30 GB) MP3 Player

I am sorry to sound so negative, i try to be brand loyal and after my experience with XBOX I figured the Zune would be a safe bet. after figuring out the video software and Microsoft's point system it worked great for about 4 months and then as I scroll my play list the screen cracked from the bottom up like a spider web..it looks like pressure from the inside may have done it.. I did a Google search to see if other people were having this same problem. I found tens of thousands of reports about the zune screen..I called Microsoft and they said their policy on screens was user abuse.... not only will they not warranty it but they won't even fix it if you offer to pay for the repair. I guess I should run out and buy another one with a clear design flaw that Microsoft wants to cover up...also the zune is made in China maybe this item should be recalled. Don't just take my word do a Google search for yourself Zune screens cracking see what comes up. maybe i am waisting my time but if you read this consider yourself warned.
