Zune get prepared for a major headache

Well I must say that all for the price is good 120Gb seems like a lot, an alternative to ipod, the sorting sofware is good, is nice looking has a wide screen.... in paper it sounded like the mp3 for me I had been weary because of the leap year thing but the I though well is the older model they probably fixed the glitch, never fully trust MS on that so ignoring my gut feeling I bought it and after getting my hand on it and working with it I now think I really I should have gotten the creative one the connectivity sucks I was tempted to throw it somewhere far after the sync crashed for the 5th time.
This is a must avoid unless you live in the U.S. which I don't. To be honest I just  wanted a replacement for my nomad creative 40Gb which I love and did the job the issue was the battery. So I got my brand new Zune which was difficult to buy and could not get any accesories but well.
The nightmare start when you sync it with you computer it crashed several times during this I know there was a lot of data, but why else you buy a 120GB, when it works is fine  sound fine not terrific but well no audio stravagant things, Why  it skipped several song on my collection on the first go I ignore though, but half the times you are wondering if you want to throw it away and get another mp3 , each time you need to  sync or charge it and  you get error 5 out of the blue and need to reset it; I would have returned by now if it was not for the country issue so I just have to live with it; be prepared to search the forums a lot even if you can return it. To be made from the same company that made windows their compatibility sucks big time.
