A poor choice-buyer beware!!!!!!!

I recently purchased one of these in Canada. After I bought it I found out that it only accepts mp3 or wav files from it's webstore "Zune Marketplace". Files from any other source are met with a "Can't Play" message, and instructions are given to delete the song from your computer, and purchase it from Zune marketplace, if available. Zune Marketplace is not available to Canadians, so all you can put on it are cds. It has lots of space for your cds,, but I expected to be able to put purchased digital files on it and play them, since I live many miles from a music store. An ipod would have been a much better choice for this, but Microsoft does not advertise that the Zune is only a cd storage device in Canada. Don't expect to email or call customer support with them either. There is NO (None) customer support at all for this product, aside from the list of faqs on the website. Wireless? That won't work for you in Canada either. Nothing in their advertising indicates this. I am going to return mine and purchase an ipod instead. There are mp3 players in the 30-50 dollar range that operate equally (or better!) The Zune is a big rip off. Avoid purchasing one
