Great iPod Alternative

The Bottom Line: This is a great iPod alternative. Small, lightweight, and great features like the radio Tuner make this a solid buy.

Good Product - But Buyer Beware

The Bottom Line: I recommend that you pass and purchase an iPod. My low rating is only due to the Zune Windows software - not the player itself.
Review: Based on the recommendation of some good reviews, we purchased the red version of this Zune for our 11 year old daughter.

Review: I tried for hours to download the software to operate the player. Never could get into the Microsoft site to complete the download. I am taking the thing back to the store for a full refund.

The Bottom Line: Do not buy a Zune 4 gb, especially if you are in Canada. Much better value can be found in other product. No customer support.

Great device, not so great software

It's Good For: Everyday Use, Gifts, Working Out, Travel, Runners, Music, Women, Home, Movies Music
Review: Love the player but hate the software. It always freezes up my computer and isn't as organized as iTunes. I love that it's a video player and has games. Updates are really easy too and the battery lasts quite a while.
