A Great Little Mouse for Your House

I purchased a laptop computer about 5 months ago hoping that I could get used to the mouse provided on the laptop. After a couple of months trying I found that I just couldn’t use the mouse on the laptop and connected my mouse that I had been using on my desktop computer. It worked great but the cord drove me crazy when I tried to move the computer to use anywhere but on a desk. I began looking at different cordless mice and decided on purchasing the Microsoft Wireless Optical Notebook Mouse for its size and ease of use with my laptop.

The Mouse

The Microsoft Wireless Optical Notebook Mouse has been my mouse of choice now for about the last three months. So far I have nothing but praise for this little mouse that helps me navigate the internet.

This mouse is small and very easy to rest my hand on in just the right way so that my arm or hand has not become tired while using it. The mouse has several great features:

1. This mouse connects to my Notebook computer by USB port, the connector is small and has a green indicator light on it to let you know it is working. On the bottom of the connector and the mouse is a small button to push in case you lose connection while working on your computer. I have never had to use this feature, but it is there if it is ever needed.

2. The USB connector also fits snugly in the underside of the mouse to save battery life and it also is a great place to store it so that it doesn’t get lost. The USB connector also senses when there is no use and automatically turns off the mouse. This is another feature that comes with the mouse that I haven’t really used as I always unplug the connector and store it under the mouse.

3. This mouse also has very good range when using it. I have tried it several feet away from the computer and have had no problems at all with connectivity.

4. This mouse uses one AA battery and so far I have not had to change the battery after three months. The battery sits inside the mouse and is very easy to change if you needed to.

Mouse Use

As I have said I have been using this little mouse about 3 months and have had not one single problem with it. I have been extremely pleased with everything about it. The set up of this mouse was very easy, it did come with a disk for installation, but with my computer being new, all I had to do was plug the mouse in and start using it. This made me happy, because I really do not like having to install hardware on my computer with each little thing that I purchase for it.

Conclusion

The Microsoft Wireless Optical Notebook Mouse is very light weight and the perfect size for using with your laptop computer. I believe that for the price you get a great little wireless mouse that you will enjoy using on a daily basis.
