Has its positive points

Men's Fitness has arrived in my mailbox monthly for the last 2 years and I have enjoyed reading the majority of issues. I have actually learned alot about working out, dieting, health conscious decisions and so forth. I have also been swamped with pictures of half naked women, women straddling work out benches, etc and haven't been impressed with that. I ordered Men's Fitness for the tips on how to make my abs better and the proper way to do sit-ups, not the proper way for a lady to straddle a bench. Overall the magazine does get a thumbs up from me...Their articles are informative, although they could go a little more indepth on some of them. They do adorn the magazine with pics of the proper way to do workouts and that has been very helpful. For the price and the info available, it's a good magazine to read....
