One of the best timepieces to own
Date of Review: Jan 28, 2006
The Bottom Line: I'd highly recommend this piece for its sheer elegance and design. This watch averages above and beyond other pieces selling for thousands more.
This is one of the most attractive and well engineered timepieces I've come across. I know it's attractive because I get comments on it almost every time I wear it. The strap and clasp is beautiful and surprisingly comfortable to wear. I was hesitant about the clasp but it seems to have been molded perfectly for my wrist. Making the inside of the band suede was a fine touch. I've owned this timepiece for nearly 3 months and the time has also been surprisingly accurate. I set it to the US National time and it's been on time since then. I try not to wear it often just to keep it looking new and have it set on the dresser. Most of its light source is from turning on the lights to the bedroom and it still remains accurate. I'm sold on the Eco-drive technology and I find this particular model quite beautiful. You will be more than pleased in owning this fine timepiece.
The Pros:
Highly sophisticated and exceedingly elegant.
Extremely comfortable and a complete joy to look at.
Amazingly accurate and functional.
The Cons:
The low price is bad because not everyone deserves to own a timepiece of this 'calibre'. Citizen should consider raising the price on this model to make it more exclusive to those who appreciate fine craftsmanship. I'd be happy to pay more for it.
