Medela Swing Electric Breast Pump with 2 Phase Cycling

I bought this pump after my second child was born. After using a manual one with my first child I knew I couldn't do that again. I needed something for occasional pumping and this worked perfect. Was very easy to use and not having to pump myself manually made things so much easier. It is much faster than a manual pump too. It is very easy to attach the bottle. One thing I liked about the pump was that it wasn't very loud. I could pump while watching tv or listening to music. And I was always able to hear when the baby cried over it. Also it was very nice to be able to pump right into the bottle and store in the fridge. Then when I was ready to use it could put the nipple in and feed the baby. Made it a lot easier than the hassle of having to move to different containers. Being a family on a tight budget I was worried at first about spending that kind of money on a pump but I have to say it was worth it in the long run. It lasts much longer than the cheaper manual ones you can buy at any super store. And the ease of it being electrical and making pumping easier was worth the extra money. So all in all it was a good investment.
