1983 B2000 Sundowner

A great truck overall. Mazda proved 20 years ago that a good gas mileage vehicle with enough power for towing trailers and boats was buildable. I get 22 mpg towing 1500 lbs at 70 mph. This truck has never failed me since purchasing new in 1983 for $5000 even. The body and flat white paint are in excellent shape. The bed is a nice size in both length and width. It is a shame that Mazda elected to sell Ford trucks instead of their own starting in 1994. I consistently get 30 mpg in around town driving when not towing. Never a major repair required.
