I bought this refrigerator because we were moving into a new house and didn't bring the old appliances with us. I wanted a BIG refrigerator and I like the water/ice in the door option. Plus I like the freezer on the bottom.
I like the can slots in the door because I can use them for sodas or yogurt, which my sons love. The pull out deli drawer is wonderfully handy for storing deli stuff, cans of refrigerated rolls, biscuits, etc. You do have to open both doors to get into the deli drawer though. One of the options that caught my husband's eye was the "ice-cold" milk section in the right door. You can set the temperature in just that compartment to keep your milk or whatever ICE COLD in the refrigerator!
As for the freezer - it is a pull-out drawer and then there is a drawer that slides so you have a top right, bottom right, top left, bottom left sections of the freezer. I have even found that there's some "extra" space because the drawer doesn't have to slide right over the top of the bottom space. When my freezer is really full, I can stand up a box of waffles and the top drawer slides right up to the box, but doesn't crush it when the drawer shuts. So it seems like there is a hidden pocket of space!
I don't like the huge area that is taken up by the ice machine on the left side of the refrigerator. It would have been better in the door or something else.
I have had this refrigerator for a year and 3 months and so far no problems other than the small amount of ice. No repairs so far, knock on wood.
