Knotted and twisted clothes not clean/pump failure

Towels and other large items get knotted and twisted up preventing other clothes from getting clean. Large items trap other items on top and no clothes rotation occurs. Loose items such as coins, buttons or pins can easily get into drain pump and housing causing housing to crack and leak causing major home damage. Do not buy.

Clothes don't get clean. Drain pump cracks and leaks. No support. Poor engineering. Too expensive.
