Maytag MFI2067A (20 cu. ft.) Bottom Freezer French Door Refrigerator

This has been a nightmare appliance. 1st week service call to fix the ice dispenser. Informed by repairman of flaw which requires surge protector on fridge said he has had to replace several from power surges, can't be repaired! Several small problems then at 6 days before warranty out (1 year old)circuit board failed, no parts available, again told has been a problem. Electronics fail nothing works! Repairman said food would be OK, WRONG, lost all contents in fridge. 2 weeks and counting for parts. NO HELP FROM MAYTAG!!!! NEVER BUY MAYTAG AGAIN. $2000.+ appliance that won't work and again ZERO support from MAYTAG!
