Maytag man - wake up

Ice 2 "oh no ...we have to call for service again ..in less than 3 months of installation -

Bottom line:Maytag does not believe the service people who have to take responsibility for fixing when Maytag should police themselves - For example, many "HV computer units are on back order for weeks! Have you called for service ...lately..??? the first two minutes of their recording (have your coffee and a chair nearby as it will be awhile until a person answers the call..) pertains to all their recalls but they are not yet recalling this fridge...why? because people are still buying them - they are a big ticket item so why be proactive as a major manufacturer...at least now. I don't yet have consumer protection access but I have contacted Maytag.com and plan to contact the consumer affairs department of my local DA's Office and may look into having my credit card charge for the fridge disputed since the product is not meeting my expectations ! Is there a number for that new Maytag man they hired ???
