Pros: Drum light, capacity

Cons: Does not dry clothes on first cycle.

We purchased our electric dryer two days ago and we are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Our old dryer was on it's way out. It was 20 plus years old. I had to constantly run our clothes through two full cycles in order for our clothes to be fully dry. Well, before purchasing a new dryer I did all my research including Consumer Reports Online and reading actual consumer reviews, and I have no idea what is so great about this dryer. It's as if I am still using my old dryer. I have tried all different settings (sensor dry, timed dry) and I have had to re-run every single load! I would not recommend this dryer.
