Buy GE instead. Maytag has the worst repair service imaginable

I bought this unit from Gochnauer' home appliances (www.gochnauers.com). They shipped a unit that was in a perfect condition carton, but damaged at the factory unit. After nearly a week of calls to Maytag customer service, they finally faxed a request to verify the damage by a local service technician. For those of you that think you wait forever for the Cable man, Maytag repair techs are worse. They actually wanted me to drop what I was doing and go on their schedule to look at my unit. I still have not gotten anyone to take it back. Even the deal, Gochnauer wants me to pay for shipping to send it back.
Avoid Maytag on the basis of poor customer service, poor local service (Appliance Man, Tullahoma TN)and avoid purchasing from Gochnauers Home appliances in East Petersburg, PA
