There are better choices

This machine is fairly decent but I think there are better choices. The first thing is that after a few months my quiet machine was not so quiet anymore. I was not able to hear it working at first and then it started to make noice (most machines are more noisier than this one even though this one got noicy). Second door latch broke. Then the dishes started coming a little dirty, then the soap would not even dissolve, then the plates would come out really dirty and now I am looking for a new one unless I want to spend $200 to repair it. All of this happened with in 3 years of use even thogh I have had it for 5 years now. I did a lot of hand washing in the last 2 years and used the machine just to rince (now even in the rinsing mode the plates come out dirty). It has a food disposal but I don't know why the particles come back into the dishwasher and plug the water streamers. Anyway, I am not really wanting to have another Maytag. Now looking into a Bosh, Whirlpool Gold or Kenmore.
