Bad value unreliable. Maytag has lost their edge.

I have purchased Maytag in the past and believed they were more reliable than others.
Upon that bases I bought a Neptune washer. This washer has been nothing but problems. The door had to be replaced within the first year. The washer retains mold and thus produces an unpleasant smell sometimes.
Recently the door has failed again.
These washers have been involved in a lawsuit against Maytag. Maytag has settled the suit however it still does not recover the expensive cost of the machine.
I will not be purchasing any Maytag products until I see them with years of reliable products again.
