Pros: Very efficient, quiet, and reliable

Cons: Whirlpool has discontinued this wonderful washer. All Maytags are now Whirlpools.

My wife and I purchased the Maytag Neptune about 3 years ago and we have never had a problem. The washer always cleans well, is very quiet throughout its operation, and works as promised.
