Neptune Washers Break

Review: My Neptune washer hadn't been used more than 50 times when it's circuit board and wax motor broke. It is also covered with mold inside. A quick search on the Internet showed me hundreds of homeowners with the same complaints, over and over again...

Fool me once...never again!

The Bottom Line: Do not walk away from this product, run away as fast as you can!
Review: In 2001 this washer was said to be the last washer my family would ever need. Our original criteria for purchasing this washer included water conservation and proven reliability while doing the wash for a family of six.
