Neptune washer and dryer fantastic

I recently purchased a used Neptune washer and dryer. They are the front loading types, built in 1999. I had to replace a few parts on the washer, but after it was repaired, it works fantastic. Only have to use about 1 tablespoon of soap, uses only 4 gallons of water, compared to 35 gallons from a normal vertical washer. I love the washer and dryer. Most of the people that have problems with them are using Way too much soap. That causes numerous problems, and excess wear on the pump and motor. The people that complain, are often not very mechanicaly minded, and don't understand how an advanced machines operate.
