New revisions make Neptune a great product

I recently purchased my 5500 Neptune after reading the issues listed on Epinions.
You might ask- Why would someone knowingly buy a product that has had problems? Well, it's simple. I happen to have the phone numbers to the Designer Engineers who created this machine. When I read of the negative issues with the machine I called them and asked if they had made revisions to the model. Of course they had.
Maytag does take reliability and quality VERY seriously. Ask anyone who supplies components to them. They have a reputation of being sticklers when it comes to quality.
The machine is still assembled in Iowa. The workers in that plant take pride in their product and their work.
Yes, they had problems with the design. Yes, the corrected them. Yes, I love my new washer.
All the features have been mentioned in previous reviews so I won't go into that. I recommend the machine due to it's features and its price. It is now selling for under $800 and Lowe's has a $100 rebate making the price lower than most of the competitor's similar machines.
