Fun Classic Computer Game

I have had this game on every computer I have had since my first Canon Windows 3.1. I find this game to have superb graphics and be very advanced for its time. (Released in 1994.) There are many scenarios and fun things to play around with on this game. Although not nearly as realistic or complicated as Sim City 3000 or Sim City 4, it still lets you have fun and build your cities as you like 'em! I would recommend this game to anyone, with pretty much any computer with an operating system Windows 3.1 and up. You should definitely be able to operate this game easily because it is easy to set up and simple to learn how to play. This game is great for anyone who longs for a cheap, classic game that is as fun as many modern day ones.
