Marilyn Manson at his best!

This dvd is a live concert by Marilyn Manson. It contains various footage from his Guns, God and Government World Tour. We get to see footage from countries around the world such as Japan, Russia, Europe and the United States. It is very interesting to see fans in Tokyo sing along in English. Throughout the concert the footage switches back and forth to the various countries without affecting the audio quality. The DTS mix is nothing short of amazing. I almost feel like I'm in the audience.

The Hell Outro after Sweet Dreams is really cool. It is the same one that can be heard on The Last Tour On Earth cd. It is very intense. It makes me want to get out of my chair and mosh.

Lunchbox is presented as an extended version. It is by far the coolest song on this dvd. You have to see it to know what I am talking about.

Also included on this dvd as a bonus is a video called "The Death Parade". It is 30 minutes long and is very interesting. It consists mainly of backstage footage. This includes a "she-male" urinating into a bottle. Yes, you read that right. Many people are offended by this but I found it to be humorous. We also get to see Manson and other people vandalize the backstage rooms which includes flipping tables and setting things on fire. We also see John 5(guitarist) getting oral sex from a nude female. The act is blurred but you definitely know what is happening. These are just a few of the things that happen during this extra video.

A couple of things surprised me when I watched this dvd. One is that we never see Manson actually take any drugs. I guess he just doesn't want to incriminate himself. Another thing that surprised me is the number of young girls who expose their breasts. Some of them are of legal age but other ones look like they are only teenagers. I am surprised this isn't considered "child porn". Their breasts are not censored at all but their faces are blurred.

I highly recommend buying this dvd. It is the best live dvd that I have seen to date. I bought this on sale for only $13 and it was worth every penny. My only real complaint regarding this dvd isn't really a big deal. I wish it was filmed in widescreen but we only get full screen. I hope one day they will start to film concerts in widescreen instead.
