Explorist 210 is a great little gps

We purchased the Esplorist 210 as our first GPS and well we love it. It is a super size for the unit. Pretty easy to use. It is an attractive and is a great color. It comes with all the software, cables and everthing else that you need for this little device. After a bit of "figuring out" we were using it within a few days. It has a trip log, you can manage your maps or geo caches on your software on your pc. It does take a bit of "time" to figure out and all, but is well worth it. Once you figure it out, then you can get out there and search for those geo caches or just find your next location. It is a good price for the unit and has worked mechanically for us well. The battery life is pretty good on this, it doesn't suck them down like a lot of other electronic devices. This is a great feature, when you are out searching for your next location, you sure don't want the batteries to die out in the middle of the find. We have even allowed out kids to use it for those small geo caches and they have had not trouble reading it. The screen is pretty good size and is easy to read by all, even the kids. It seems pretty durable too. Definitely a useable device for everyone in the family to use.
