Just got the unit tonight.. Looks good. Easy to use. I have read that Magellan doesn't update their maps very often, so that is a concern for me...but the jury is still out. My mother-in-law saw it tonight and told me to go pick her one up. Got it at Costco for $299. Great price.

I see quite a few people mention they wish it came with an A/C adapter. Maybe something has changed...but mine did, along with a good dash/window mount and cigarette adapter.

EDIT: After using it for a full day...
... There are several major roads here in Dallas/Ft.Worth that have been here for several years that are not included...plus restaurants are sort of a joke. It may show one and there are probably 20 that aren't shown until another one appears. It has some trouble pronouncing some fairly simple words.

EDIT2: Now after having for a few months, I now realize via several sources that Magellan is more interested in selling new units than supporting the existing customers. Maps are woefully out of date and there are no updates in sight. Save your money and get a Garmin. They actually support their users.

Pros
Bright screen.
Cons
More POI's needed. NO MAP UPDATES. Larger fingers often hit wrong buttons
