EA sports has another great game under its belt

EA sports has done it again and made another great sports game. With the all new features such as Playmaker control and Owner mode, Madden 2004 is by far the best sports game out there now.

FRANCHISE- There are many parts to franchise mode.
You take full command of a team and you can keep that team and go through all the drafts and playoffs and manage the team the way you want for up to thirty seasons. You can trade players, set the lineups, control every single aspect of the team the way the real owners do.
-You can also do the fantasy draft option where you can draft all your own players and build that super bowl team from scratch. Will your team be super bowl bound? or just a big bust?
-So you have your team, and the season is approaching, and training camp has begun. You can put your players through various drills where you can boost their attributes depending on how you preform in the drills. This new feature is a very cool on, as you compete in drills such as 1) Pocket Presence 2) Chase and Tackle 3)Swat Ball 4) Trench Fight 5)Clutch Kicking 6)Corner Punt 7)Precision Passing 8) Ground Attack 9)Catch Ball

-After the Training Camp, you advance to the Preseason, where you play four games before the regular season. When Preseason is over, you can evaluate rookies before moving on to the regular season.
-During the season you control roster moves, sign free agents, and change game settings.
-After the season is the AFC-NFC Pro Bowl game, and the All-Star game, the you are into the offseason.

OWNER MODE - With this, you go through all the same things you do with franchise mode, but you have even more control than ever. You take control of all the financial aspects involved in owning a football franchise. Your goal is to of course win the Super Bowl, but you also need to make your fans happy, and turn in a profit as well. You will be in charge of ticket prices, merchandise and food and drink prices, even parking fees. You are in charge of rewarding your players with signing bonuses and their salary, you hire the stadium staff, you even get to build the stadium. If you want to make your own brand new expansion team, you can choose the city it is located and the team name. You can market and advertise your team by putting money into media, putting up billboards, and even having fan appreciation days.

OTHER GAME MODES -
-Tournament - Compete in a single or double elimination tournament with all the pressure of the playoffs.
-Mini Camp - You can tour many cities across the U.S. and master the skills of the game and unlock situations by setting high scores and winning Madden Cards. Madden Cards are cards that you keep in your Bio that symbolize different accomplishments.
-Two Minute Drill - There are two minutes left in the game. Can you handle the pressure and lead your team down the field with the game winning drive? See how many points you can earn in 2 minutes.
-Football 101 - John Madden helps you along as he teaches you and gives you in-depth knowledge of all the plays

PLAYMAKER CONTROL -
This is the newest feature in the Madden football game. It allows you to control different players during the play. You can tell certain blockers where to block so the running back can shoot through the hole for the big gain. You can change the route of the reciever if you see an opening. This also lets you change the direction of the running play or the recieving play before the ball is even snapped. This is a really great feature

GRAPHICS - The graphics in the Madden football games have always been good, but Madden 2004 graphics are on a completely new level. They are the best graphics I've seen in a while. The picture is always very clear and there are never any glitches.

SOUND - The sound in this game is very good and is clear.
This awesome game also has an awesome soundtrack. The soundtrack has 22 excellent songs on it.

Overall, I highly reccommend this game. If you have Madden 2003, you will see quite an improvment in all aspects of the game if you get this. I recommend this game for kids and adults of all ages.
