Pros: mad catz is a well known gaming company, looks good...works great

Cons: not made by PS2 creaters sony

The Bottom Line: The Mad Catz Memory Card is cheaper, yet just as durable as the Sony Card, plus it looks a lot better.

I have been shopping around for the best PS2 prices on everything. I unfortunately bought the first mad catz memory card i saw, and about an hour later i saw it five bucks cheaper at walmart. oh well.

Mad Catz is a great company with a good, long (for video games) reputation, and again they have released a good product. i have not experienced a single problem with my memory card, and i don't think i will.

Is it worth saving a few bucks to get a memory card not made by sony? If you had asked me that for the PS1, my answer would have been no without even thinking about it. But i have not experienced a problem yet, and i have not heard of anyone else having a problem, so save the couple bucks. I will.
