Techno Breakdown

Date of Review:  Apr 13, 2004
Review: I bought this product because it was always reviewed as one of the best strollers around. For almost $300 it should be. I have used the Techno for 8 months (not even every day since I have another stroller also)and recently the metal side bar on the...

A functional stroller that is easy to handle.

Date of Review:  Jun 11, 2006
The Bottom Line: I would highly recommend this stroller. It fits multiple age ranges, is convenient and easy to use, durable, lightweight, comfortable and attractive.
Review: My husband and I chose the Maclaren Techno XT two years ago when we had our second child. Because we were on a tight budget we needed something that would work for both children and that would last at least for a possible third. We were looking for...

Great versatile stroller!

Date of Review:  Nov 9, 2004
Review: After months of research for the ultimate stroller I found this one met all of my criteria (my criteria included a budget, or else I would have chosen the Bugaboo Frog Stroller). My baby was born at 7 pounds and 5 ounces, since he was 3 weeks old,...

The Bottom Line: Do not buy, company will not stand by product
Review: Our Techno XT broke after just one year of use (used from when my son was 6 months through 18 months), with first one and then the other front wheels popping off (both fell off within about one week of each other). When I looked on line to research...

Front Wheel Broke

Date of Review:  Jan 8, 2004
The Bottom Line: Don't buy it until they fix the wheel problem. Other than that, it rocks. Maclaren should do a quick recall to fix the problem.
Review: I just bought the 2004 Techno XT, and after only using it for 1 day (a few short hours actually), the front wheel snapped right off! I couldn't believe it...I was in total shock. I was loving this stroller too! We had a Volvo, which was causing...

Maclaren Techno - The Best Stroller Ever Built!

Date of Review:  May 6, 2002
The Bottom Line: It is the most comfortable, best-made, longest lasting, trouble-free, reclining stroller you will EVER find. You won t regret spending $299.99 on it!
Review: I purchased this stroller when my son was 12-month-old son (in 2001.) He is now 2-years-old. I live in a suburb of Los Angeles. I travel everywhere by car. I did not use a stroller AT ALL during the day to carry my son from 4-20 months. I have been...

Lightweight durable travel stroller. Good for everyday usage and great for traveling.

Date of Review:  May 13, 2002
The Bottom Line: There are very, very minor issues but they certainly don t offset the extremely positive aspects of this fine durable stroller.
Review: When my daughter started to outgrow her car seat and Snap 'n Go, my wife and I were very eager to find a durable, lightweight, travel stroller that was good for malls but also good for outdoors as well. Since I research products in great depth...
