Urban Ashtanga style for intermediate level and beyond

The Bottom Line: Urban, fast paced, enjoyable yoga session not for those looking to really advance their yoga abilities or relax into poses.
Review: MTV and Yoga? Well it makes sense from a trendsetting point of view but MTV got Crunch's Kristin McGee to come on board and create an urban yoga work out for various levels of advancement on the yoga path.
