Pros: Loaded with features. Reasonable price. Speed dial buttons.

Cons: Intermittent background noise, unlit LCD, no built in answering device.

The Bottom Line: Great compliment of features offered to those who can't afford a regular business telephone system, but look to a business telephone system if you can afford the cost.
