Not worth the trouble

Very frustrating when you have to keep restarting. I returned my first game thinking that it was defective, but the new one was even worse. Contacted Black Label(developer)via e-mail and was very disappointed with the customer service. I listed the problems I was having and their solution was that the problems were not common issues. I researched the game online and found that I was not alone with these issues. Very few reviewers gave the game a high rating.

The game froze in four different areas, and my character wandered off the screen several times, and I was unable to resume the game. Once my character walked off a balcony and got stuck there. One time, in Rivendale, I was not given Bilbo's mithril shirt or Gimli's axe even though the character's said they were giving them to me. I was unable to leave Rivendale even though I had completed ever required task.

I would recommend buying the Two Towers developed by EA Sports instead.
