Good bargain, cool remote

Pros: Controls my entire tv, dvd, av setup from one remote

I received this remote for christmas. I originally saw a higher end version of it at a friend's house and thought that it was awesome. The 520 is a simpler version of that remote but does everything I need it to do. The reason I am posting this review is because I had a horrible time getting it to connect to my XP service pack 2 machine. I called Logitech's support twice and got no where. FYI they're support is horrible following christmas. So for everyone else having the same problem I had...You must have the 5.0 version of the Logitech software installed on your pc for the remote to work. This software cannot be found on their website you have to call and have them send you the link, Here is the link: http://images.harmonyremote.com/EasyZapper/Downloads/LogitechHarmonyClient5.0.1.26-WIN-x86.exe
Once I installed this everything worked great.
