Great remote, appalling concept.

The Bottom Line: Nice concept, poorly executed. You can't program it to do what YOU want, only what Logitech THINK you want.

A great idea, but maybe only for the tech-savvy or extremely patient

The Bottom Line: Only get this remote if the idea of spending time on the phone w/ Tech support does not bother you.

The Bottom Line: Not sure yet. Build quality is not up to par with 600 series but the price is right. Good looks and good functionality are appealing.

better than the 880 but still bad

The Bottom Line: I would not recommend this remote unless you just want to look at it.
Review: I owned a harmony 880 for about a week before returning it. Decided to try the less complex 520 with hopefully fewer software bugs. I liked this remote and it seemed to work a bit better than the 880. It still didn't like to learn as it should...
