Logitech's great PS2 clone

Date of Review:  Mar 28, 2004
The Bottom Line: A great game pad for most purposes, and it don't cost an arm and a leg. Lots of features, Profiler software.. great controller.
Review: Introduction.

After having tried a couple of bargain priced game pads, and not really finding what I was looking for, I decided to check out Logitech's Dual Action game pad. It was only twenty dollars, and it looked like a decent game pad...

The design is really nice. If you look at the picture, you'll see that it...

PS2 controller for the PC

Date of Review:  Oct 29, 2003
The Bottom Line: Good for console-based games that work best with analog sticks. Not for D-Pad games or emulators.
Review: I was looking at this at Best Buy, thinking "this looks perfect for my collection of emulators and emulated games". It was on display for quite a while, but we rarely get it in stock! So when I saw one sitting there all nicely boxed up, I had to...

Cheap, durable USB PC controller that mimics PS2 controller near perfectly

Date of Review:  Dec 21, 2003
The Bottom Line: Best Bet if not willing to spend more than $20. No rumble feature, but otherwise this mimics PS2 controller flawlessly.

Very good controller

Date of Review:  Oct 4, 2006
The Bottom Line: I recommend it for Call of Duty 2. It isn't perfect for shooting, but it's adequate and is superior to the keyboard.
Review: I've only played one game with this controller, Call of Duty 2, and the controller is excellent with one very important exception.

First, the good

a must have for any gamer

Date of Review:  Oct 19, 2007
The Bottom Line: Great game pad for a great price. Value.
Review: I have owned about 4 of these Logitech Dual Action USB game pads. Not because they keep breaking, but because I give them away to people who use mine and want one of their own.

The game pad's shape fits easily into your hands. The feeling...

Starts Out Great... Ends Up Not So Great

Date of Review:  Jan 17, 2004
The Bottom Line: You should probably stay away from this controller because of its serious design flaw regarding the analog stick.
Review: As soon as I saw the likeness to a Playstation 2 controller, and the friendly $20 price tag.. I knew I had to get this product.

The Basics

The controller is almost an exact replica of a Playstation 2 controller. It feels...

Date of Review:  Mar 13, 2007
The Bottom Line: A good buy if you do not want to spend a fortune
Review: It amazes me how many negative reviews there are about this device. It is true that it is an inexpensive device and there are better ones out there, but I have not experience many of the problems that people are complaining about. It is possible...

Piece of Junk Won't Last you 3 Months

Logitech won't acknowledge the problem

Date of Review:  Jun 3, 2004
Review: Many, many, MANY purchasers, myself included, have found that after a few weeks of use, the left analog stick on these pads stops functioning correctly. I've been through 2 of these, and I've been gentle with them knowing their reputation. Logitech...
