Pros: Metal construction. Cheaper then Netgear that has no switch ports. Integrated with switch nice!

Cons: The unit locked up the whole network.

I got this working on 2 computers within about 30 minutes. I am an advanced user and thought the setup instructions were fine. Driver install didn't start automatically I had to click on it from the menu. I had to unselect printer offline to start printing. I registered the product online and linksys popped up with link for latest firmware which I installed. Bi-directional works with HP Photo Smart 7450.

PROBLEM!!! Atfer about 40 minutes of use I was not able to ping, access anything on my network. I reset the unit and everything restored. Another 30 minutes later the same thing happened. All the lights were blinking. I moved the unit off of my linksys router and left it there. It didn't fail for another 5 hours. I talked to linksys and they think I shouldn't have upgraded the firmware. It could be a software issue or a heat issue. Maybe overheating causing bad packets to be spewed out the network. Per Linksys support they said to exchange it. I ordered the Netgear PS121 (print server only) for like $30 refurbished at overstock.com and my co-worker gave me a used switch.
