No problems here!

I recently purchased this wireless router from Dell because my new Dell Laptop wouldn't work with the older Belkin Wireless Router I was currently using. I was unsure about whether or not to go with another Belkin so I consulted with the IT guys where I work and without hesitating they both said to go with LinkSys. I looked at several of the Linksys models on the Dell website before I chose the WRT100 and I am happy to say that I made the right choice with this purchasing decision.

Setup - There is really nothing to it. I was able to follow the directions with ease. And the LinkSys Easylink Advisor included on the Setup CD is an added bonus during setup. I had everything assembled and up and running in about 7 to 10 minutes.

Signal Strength - I was somewhat skeptical about how well our new Dell Laptop would do in a 2-story house. I used to have an old Pentium 2 laptop that I used with the Belkin and it never really worked consistently. But so far we have had zero problems with signal loss.

Security - I like the wireless signal encryption and the SPI firewall is living up to its reputation so far.

Final Thoughts - I am happy to say that I made the right decision to purchase this unit as it is plenty fast for my family's requirements.
