Pros: Works on XP64, fast, strong signal.
Cons: Would prefer it to be a USB adapter.
The Bottom Line: Gets the job done, fast and compatible with XP64.
Review: I just moved to a 3,000 square foot house which is pretty isolated to noise and also to wireless traffic, i need the wireless network for the home business and decided that i need the very best to save time and effort. I had a Belkin N router and most ...

Pros: Easy to install, and wildly capable.
Cons: The antenna, while quite effective, evokes the occasional "what the hell is that?" from visitors.
The Bottom Line: Costs a little bit more, and the antenna isn't the most attractive, but the function far outweighs the form.
Review: The WMP300N, a draft N wireless PCI adapter that has a price mark a bit higher than most ($65) but an ability to function far and above the competition. If it helps, one thing I couldn't find before my purchase is the length of the tether between ...

Pros: Broadcom chip driver function means you don't need to install a third party "Wireless Configurator".
Cons: The included software is just an un-necessary pain - use the software from their site.
The Bottom Line: For wireless-N, the WMP300N is the obvious choice over other wireless-N cards - better speed, connections, and easy installation with a great included corded-antenna.

Pros: Nice when it worked. Installation took some time but not especially difficult.
Cons: Lasted only a few months.
Review: I purchased this Linksys PCI card a few months ago and it worked fine. For the first few months it worked beautifully. I recently removed the card, reformatted my hard drive, re-installed Windows XP Pro, and then re-installed the WMP54GX PCI card. The ...
