A really terrible printer

I bought this piece at Best Buy for $174 after rebate. It's handsome, emits a lovely blue glow and is easy to install. I was pretty pleased with the scanner. But the printing - the main intended function of this machine - is lackluster at best.

The single biggest problem I experienced is from the paper feed. First of all, it doesn't hold enough paper. Secondly, it will suck down two or three pages when you only want it to print one page. I thought it must have been my fault - maybe it was too humid in the house, maybe the paper was too old, maybe this or that... nope. This machine sucks. I mean it - a really poor design. I can't believe they let this thing out of the factory. They should recall it and refund everyone.

I owned it for a year and a half. Once it was sent in for repair and upon receipt by the manufacturer, they actually sent me back a brand new one, which also was terrible. There were about 10 other issues that forced me to interact with the warranty department for weeks at a time, writing emails to and calling people in India since the manufacturer is too cheap to pay Americans to do this type of work.
