Succesful Buy

The Bottom Line: Excellent value for a normal family who just needs easy and quick device for the computer, one of the easiest hardwares I've installed so far.
I bought this product thru QVC few months ago. So far it has worked fine for me.
Printing quality is just fine for me and this printer was easy to hook up and install, very clear instructions.
I have used the scanner quite a bit and I'm happy the way I was able to archive plenty old familyphotos. I've used the printer daily to print out coloring pages and projects for my children, they love the voice in the software "printing complete".
My fourthgrader printed out his science project and pictures came out quite clearly even on normal paper.
I love the fact that you can insert your memorycards from digital cameras right in front of this device and transfer the photos to your pc without any hassle with cables!
I have not used the fax option yet but it is nice to know that I can if I need to.
The device itself is quite big and heavy and bulky and I was pleased that cords are long enough so you do not have to have it right next to your computer.
I would recommend this multitasking machine for a normal family who does not really care if the print speed is not superfast but still wants to have decent quality results and everything in one machine and ready to use without headaches.
After searching on the net I found high yield replacement black ink cartridge for $20 with free shipping, I still have not used it.
I find it amusing that printers tell you to replace the ink so early, when you actually can still use the "almost empty" cartridge for quite a bit longer without any problems in the quality of the print.
