Author's Review
Have had the Lexmark X9350 for 2 years. Will never buy Lexmark again. In first few months, had few paper jams that were easy to fix. Now loud banging sound and occasionally not working, and instructions from Lexmark did not fix. Very good print quality, but this thing goes through ink cartridges at breathtaking speed, even though I usually print in draft mode. I have to replace BOTH print cartridges every 10-20 days! At $30 per cartridge, that gets very expensive in a hurry. Previously had an HP 900 series which, for the same print volume, needed new cartridges about every 3-6 weeks. I did not buy another HP because of the privacy concerns with HP. However, I would not buy the Lexmark again because of the outrageous ink use. Also, fax rarely works.
Ideally, we'd like to use the printer both hardwired to one computer and wirelessly to another, but that is not possible. Don't know if that is a limitation of all wireless printers or specific to the Lexmark X9350.
