Fun for the whole family!

I received this mic two christmases ago and it was great for family get togethers. There's a slot for 5 additional chips in so you can purchase new music or other selections from the one included in the microphone.

The sound pretty much depends on your TV speakers. If you have good ones, then it will sound good. The music, however, is definitely for amateurs. Some of the more pop music sounds fine, but whenever there's a rock song, it simply does not sound like real music. Imagine Van Halen in a Casiotone from the 80s and you get the idea. I have other Karaoke CDs that sounds much better (for my other Karaoke system), but if you're buying this, you're not buying it for the quality of the music, but more for cost and portability.

Still, it's fine for groups. It's portable so I usually leave it in my car for the next party I'm going to. It's usually a hit!
