Pros: Durable construction,high quality and not too shabby in the looks department
Cons: The only con i have found is it kind of hard to hook up the speakers and power leads after you mount the unit...so make those connections first

Pros: Power to spare, good looks, runs cool. Does what it does extremely well.
Cons: Must wire before you screw it down!
