A GREAT MOVIE TO START OUT A GREAT SERIES

I bought this video way before I had my daughter. I have every single one in The Land Before Time series, My husband and I love all of them.

It starts out at the beginning of time when the great earthquake separated the land into 7 continents. The dinosaurs have to look for more food and water, so they all make the journey to The Great Valley. It is when the earthquake hits and separates the land families are separated as well.

When another tragic event happens Littlefoot has to start making the journey alone. Along the way he meets Ducky (The Bigmouth-which they also call The Swimmer in other movies). Petrie (The Flyer), Cera (The 3 Horn)and Spike (The Spiketail). With Littlefoot as the leader the journey begins with is mother guiding him along the way in visions.

When Cera (who wants to be the only leader)and Littlefoot fight Littlefoot is left by himself and the others go on. When a volcano erupts Littlefoot comes to save them and they are together again.

They also run into Sharptooth, meanest dinosaur alive who tries to get them. Along the way they learn about teamwork and even if you are different from others you can still be friends.

Eventually they get to the Great Valley where there is all the food (tree stars) and water they can eat. They are finally reunited with their families. All the dinosaurs (kids and adults) learn they can stay together and help each other out.

This is a great video for babies, older kids, and adults to watch to teach friendship. It is one video you should defiantly own.

Rated G, running time 65 minutes. Little violence and very entertaining movie. Teaches friendship and loyality.
