I love LIFE!

Life magazine has been my favorite magazine for over four years; I really love it. I am always really excited to get it. The photographs are really stunning, but it's so much morer than just pictures. The pictures just really bring the stories to life and put so much more emotion and meaning behind them. (For example, in a recent issue I recieved there was an article on the census, and and variety of people who would be counted. In some situations, this might be a little dull or just interestingly factual. However, the magazine went out and interviewed a few differnt groups of people who the results of the census would affect, one of them being a poor single mother. The pictures really gave you a real view of what life might be like for her, and helped to really connect to the situation she was facing) I also really like the variety of articles/subjects in the magazine, ranging from history, to human interest, to science , to the media, and so many more things. They always manage to come up with so many interesting topics/pictures. I can't wait to get the magazine every other month. (I'm a college student and love making a break from my homework to read it)
