LG Venus

I bought this phone after having a bad phone and at first I was really pleased with it. It came with a cover so I thought that it would prevent that from scratches. There is a silver lining around the venus and it chipped when I was sitting in my car and it spread throughout the phone. I recently took a trip down to Panama City Beach, Florida and put it in my bag so the maid wouldn't steal it. I came back and pulled it out and the air was so humid that the silver lining on the other side of my phone fell off into my hands. They don't tell you that you should buy a micro sd card but you should because once you save a lot of pictures and things on your phone, it will freeze when you write text messages and try to add contacts. the touch screen area can be very lagging and that can become very annoying. When I took it back, they said they couldn’t exchange it because it was what happens and that’s “the wear and tear of the phone.” It made me question this phones durability because after two months it shouldn’t do that. I eventually traded out the phone for the env2.
