LG LSC27950ST

Bought the stainless steel version of this refrigerator. Very quiet. Have heard the ice maker is not very good and breaks frequently but I didn't have any problems with it yet (have had it for 6 months). It does not make a lot of ice. Only fills the ice tray/bucket a little less than half way in 24 hours. My biggest complaint is with the digital electronic control panel on the freezer door's 5 horizontally aligned buttons ("ice plus", "dispenser"," freezer", "refrigerator", "light/filter", "alarm/lock").  The circular buttons light up when you press them but the display identifying the button (ie: "ice plus", "dispenser", etc.) do not. They look like they should be back lit and can only be read from about a foot to six inches away. Very poorly designed. You pretty much have to memorize the position of the button to know what each one is for. But if this is the only problem I will have with this refrigerator, then I will be very happy.
