Decent fridge

Pros:  - Low energy utilization - Unique smooth black front - Easy clean button panel

Cons:  - Icemaker broke once

We've had this fridge for about a year (smooth black version). There have been no problems so far, and the fridge has a nice uniform cooling distribution and low energy consumption. The spill-proof shelves have saved us a few times. The ice maker broke after 6 months but after single call to the LG service line we had a repairman out to replace it in a few days. The filters are widely available and they cost around $50.00. Overall we are happy with the fridge and especially like the unique smooth black appearance.
