by   bigjoe07 ,   Oct 16, 2007

Pros:  The styling and size of unit, would be great for a small kitchen

Cons:  Read above, as far as I am concerned it is JUNK

The Bottom Line:  Do NOT Buy !!! Junk when the warranty expires it will fall apart Too many problems

Overall Rating: 1/5 stars

Biggest piece of junk I ever overpaid for.
First the door latch broke, a month after the warranty ran out.
Then it started making noise like a fan hitting something.
Then the fan stopped, an FF Er error on the display.
Called Customer Non-Service on hold for over an hour, finally got in touch with a rep, pretty much told me I was out of luck because of the Warr. Date. He gives me the number for a service repair center miles and a state away, finally he gives me a number of some one closer, only to find out after I hung up with him that it was a fax machine.
After the unit sat for a while, and I assume Ice melted off the fan, it started up again.
Now it constantly makes the fan hitting something noise, so loud it can be heard across the house, and it totally jams once a month.
The latest was yesterday, for some reason the interior light did not, would not shut off. The light bulbs got so hot they melted the plastic cover and plastic clips.
After unplugging and re-plugging in unit light now works again, only now there is no cover to protect the bulbs.
Emailed customer no-care only to be told a technician can look at it, at my expense.
