Pros: Energy efficient. Very quiet. Lots of room for a counter depth unit.

Cons: Reliability is poor. Build quality is lacking. Even warranty Service is unacceptable.

Stainless steel on the front is dented too easily.
The Unit Died exactly 1 year and 1 week after delivery.

LG was nice enough to extend the warranty by one month to cover this repair. I am very concerned about what will happen in the future.

Main board, the compressor and compressor-relay are all dead.
I've been without a refrigerator for 3 weeks now. LG will not provide a loaner unit or reimburse me for all this aggravation.

I am getting service from a company they provided and it takes a week to get each part. They should have some spare parts on hand in a place like New York City.
