Pros: Powerful microwave, Strong Venting, Very Bright well placed lights, Nice features.

Cons: None so far. We were skeptical at first but now we love it.

The Bottom Line: I would still recommend this product because, to me, the features, style and function outweigh the inconvenience of warranty service calls. Just make sure to get the extended warranty.

Pros: Power, when it's working is exceptional.  Styling is very nice

Cons: Need I say more, it's broken four times in a year. 

The Bottom Line: But this microwave only with an extended warranty that covers return and replacement if it breaks.  I would avoid it and will not buy any more LG appliances.
